Bridge Federation of India is pleased to announce that, in collaboration with Parksons Cartamundi private limited, it successfully conducted a Bridge Education Workshop at Dahanu city. The workshop was hosted at the Tamarind Tree School, a unique institution nestled under a chikoo orchard in the tribal hamlet of Sogve village. The school serves around 125 first-generation learners from the Warli tribal community, from pre-primary to Class 8.
This initiative was jointly organized with the Maharashtra Bridge Association under the Bridge Education Program. The workshop was held from 17th to 19th April and included both theoretical and practical training sessions for students. On the final day, a competition was आयोजित for the students, along with an open event for eight pairs from nearby areas, offering prize money of ₹50,000.
The program was conducted under the guidance of Aniruddh Sanzgiri, Raju Khare, Chunni Lal Arora, and Ravindran, along with other representatives This marks an important step toward promoting bridge at the grassroots level.
BFI further announces its commitment to strongly support grassroots bridge development programs across Pan India. State associations and organizations are encouraged to submit structured proposals, for which suitable financial and technical assistance will be provided in accordance with SAI guidelines.
