• Mixed Category: -17th – 20th March -Check-in: 16th March
• Women Category: 21st – 23rd March – Check-in: 20th March
• Seniors Category: 21st – 24th March – Check-in: 20th March
As per the BFI National Ranking Policy 2025-26, lodging and boarding facilities as per SAI norms will be provided only to the eligible pairs in each category.
All campers should book their travel through Govt Authorized travel agents (Balmer lawrie, Ashoka Travels, IRCTC) to be eligible for claim.
