• Men Event: 6th March – 12th March

• Mixed Event: 13th March – 17th March

• Women Event: 18th March – 20th March

• Rooms will be provided subject to SAI sanction on double occupancy basis at Ellisbridge Gymkhana and Orient Club as feasible.
• As per SAI norms, travel reimbursement subject to booking from authorized agencies (Balmer Lawrie, Ashoka Travels, IRCTC)
