Asia Pacific Bridge Federation has invited BFI to participate at the Pacific-Asia Inter-Secondary School Bridge Championship 2025 at Shanghai next year.
BFI is invited to send one Open team and one Girls’ team. The team name should be the city they represent. Vacancies are limited and will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis.

This Championship is the first regional inter-school bridge tournament in the Asia-Pacific region. It is hosted by the China School Sports Federation and organized by the Shanghai School Sports Federation, the Hong Kong, China Contract Bridge Association, and the Shanghai Bridge Association. It will take place from December 27, 2024, to January 1, 2025, at Hongzhu Garden Conference Hotel in Shanghai, China.
There will be two categories which are Open and Girls. Only secondary school students are allowed to participate. APBF will provide a subsidy covering at least 50% of the accommodation expenses for players and coaches.
INTERESTED Boys/Girls TEAMS should send their proposal to Hon. Secretary Mr. Debasish Ray (bfisecretary2020@gmail.com) with their composition of players. BFI will announce the process for determining the Indian representative team. All Players should be registered with BFI.
