The BFI Junior Selection Committee has proposed the following teams in the Junior/Sub Junior categories for 19th World Youth Bridge Team Championships, Salsomaggorie, Italy from 11-18th July 2025
The Selection Committee discussed the performance of the juniors at the online events held and based on performance in Junior/Sub Junior Nationals in 2025 and National coaching camps held at Nashik(Phase 1 and Phase 2)for U16/U21/U26 and U31 categories.
- National Coaching camps held for Phase 1 and Phase 2 at Kensington Club, 2025
- Performance in World Junior Championships from 2023-25
- BFI Junior events held online from September 2024 to June 2025
- Junior Nationals 2024 and 2025 and BFI National events performance.
- Evaluation at Online Training Sessions and Practice matches. Based on the coach reports of the Junior Camps, the Selection Committee has approved the recommendation of selected athletes for 4 categories U16/U21/ U26 and U31 categories along with respective nominated coach.
- The committee has approved the panel of coaches as under: Mr. Ravi Raman for U21, Mr. Koushik Mukherjee or U16, Mr. Girish Bijoor for U26 and Mr. Sandeep Thakral for U31 category along with Ms. Meenal Thakur as Lady Support Staff.
