Sanjit Dey-Binod Shaw qualified for the Matchpoint Pairs event in Final B segment where they finished Runners Up overall while the duo secured GOLD medal in the Aldofo D Madala Pairs event held on 3rd Novemeber. Congratulations for the young pair!

Indian Seniors Team (Badal Das, Arun Bapat, Ravi Goenka, Vibhas Todi, Kamal Mukherjee, Pranab Bardhan) faced the renowned USA Seniors Team at the 16th World Bridge Games, Argentina for the championship title. In the six segment final, India drew close in the initial segments, however a big setback took place in the 3rd segment where

In the Pre Quarter Final stage, the Indian Seniors comfortably defeated Scotland by 48 IMPs to advance in the Quarter Finals against Canada. In the Mixed event, USA Team proved superior to Indian Mixed over 6 segments

The Indian Seniors Team (Vibhas Todi, Kamal Mukherjee, Badal Das, Pranab Bardhan, Ravi Goenka, Arun Bapat) defeated Canadian Seniors team in the 6 segment match by a comprehensive margin of 84 IMPS and will face Sweden in the Semi Finals

At the end of the Qualifying Stage (Round Robin), the Indian Mixed Team and Indian Seniors Team qualified for the Knockout Round of 16 stage. In the Mixed event, India will face USA while Indian Senior chose Scotland.
