This is to inform all the associations that, it was unanimously approved at the BFI Executive meeting held on 02/12/2023 the following:
To conduct Elections for the “office bearers and the executive committee” as per BFI Memorandum of Association and National Sports Code, 2011.
In view of few EC members and office bearers resigning, and also considering the fact that, President has to vacate the post by June 30th 2024 (as per the BFI MOU- attaining 70 Years), a notice is hereby given for the elections of the following posts scheduled to be held on FRIDAY, 6th January, 2024 at 19.30 hrs at Pasricha Banquet Lawns, Jabalpur for the following posts will be held:
Total of 10 positions in the managing committee with following break-up:
i) President
ii) Hon. Secretary
iii) Hon. Treasurer
iv) Vice President (s)-2
v) Joint Secretary(s) – 2
vi) Executive Committee (EC) members – 5
To enrol the names in the Electoral College, each valid Permanent State association should send the names in their official letterhead duly signed by President and Secretary for their respective two Authorized Representatives as their official candidates via mail to bfisecretary2020@gmail.com. A return mail of confirmation will be sent. Physical copies can be couriered to:
